ScrapNow acts as a platform to allow merchandisers who misbehave with their programs to vend certain goods.
You conduct your factual deals and other deals directly with the third parties and, unless else specifically and easily indicated, not with ScrapNow. As a result, ScrapNow can not control any aspect of your deals and deals with third parties, and the third parties are solely responsible to you for all aspects of your deals and deals with them and accordingly ScrapNow will have no arrears towards the merchandisers or buyers in this regard. in document below “ we ”, “ our ”, “ us ” is used for ScrapNow and ScrapNow’s third party buyer inclusively.
1. You certify that you’re the legal proprietor of the contrivance that you want to vend.
2. All original quotations are pending our evaluation of your contrivance and no list offer is made until we’ve had a chance to check the contrivance. We reserve the right to refuse to offer to buy any item that you offer to vend for any reason we suppose, in our sole discretion, to be sensible. We reserve the right to change our quotation at any time.
3. Should you be given a quotation via our website app/ cells AND we, upon examination of your contrivance, agree to pay you that quoted quantum, you’re fairly and contractually bound to vend us the contrivance for the price quoted via the website.
4. Should you be given a quotation via our website app and upon examination your contrivance is A) a different model than firstly quoted, B) missing any corridor, C) in a different condition than stated, we, in cases mentioned yet and further, reserve the right to change our offer.
5. All widgets vended must compulsorily be attached with the following documents

The composition you vend must be free of all legal restrictions that would affect the value of the composition, circumscribe your legal right to transfer power of the composition( including the composition itself, softwares present on the composition, or tackle on or inside the composition). You must refrain from violating any import laws or restrictions. The composition you vend( including all affiliated accoutrements , software and add on tackle) may not be counterfeited, stolen, or contain dangerous or obnoxious content of any nature. You agree to compensate and hold ScrapNow, our cells, suppliers, licensors and mates, and the officers, directors, workers, agents and representatives of each of them inoffensive, including costs, arrears and legal freights, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of( i) your access to or use of Services,( ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions,
7. It’s also your responsibility to wipe, clean or delete data on your contrivance being vended via ScrapNow. You confirm that all the data in the said device will be canceled before handing it over. You also confirm that in malignancy of erasing the data manually electronically, if any data still accessible due any specialized reason, ScrapNow or the Third party buyer shall not be responsible for the same and you won’t approach ScrapNow for any reclamation of the data.
8. You understand once a device is vended by you via ScrapNow, in no script can this device be returned back to you.
9. You understand that Products distributed as gifts from state patronized or NGO funded distribution programs aren’t accepted on ScrapNow platform.
10. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time without giving you previous notice. Your use of our website app, any of our tools and services, following any similar revision constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. Terms and conditions modifying the Agreement are effective incontinently upon publication
11. ScrapNow reserves the right to cancel any sale that’s supposed suspicious or fraudulent on the organisation’s own discretion.
